Your use of the renewal.net site constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions below. The First Secretary of State ("FSS") reserves the right to change the contents of this page at any time without notice. You are responsible for checking the existence of any such changes. Whether you have checked for such changes or not, your use of the renewal.net site after such changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms and conditions.

The FSS reserves the right to suspend or withdraw all or any part of the renewal.net site at any time without notice. The FSS shall not be liable to you in the event that all or any part of the renewal.net site is discontinued, modified or changed in any way.

These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. The Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the renewal.net site.

The messages are the responsibility of their authors; any views expressed therein are not necessarily the views of the FSS.

For discussion forum rules see the discussion forum registration page.

Virus Protection

The FSS endeavours to check and test material at all stages of production. However, the FSS does not warrant expressly or impliedly that the renewal.net site or the server that makes it available are free from viruses or bugs.
